This saturday the 1st November we are trying a silent Saturday. Can you please promote this via your coaches to their parents of the players.

All adults to refrain from any shouting or direct communication with players
Quiet discussion between adults only
Applause for both teams
Parents to refrain from “advising” coaches
Parents/ Coaches to refrain from “advising” or questioning opposition coaches
Coaches to just guide players and refrain from shouting instructions at players throughout the game, just call free kicks and in and outs, retreat line etc do your coaching before the games and at the breaks.
